1. Can I request a custom design or embroidery that is not listed on the website?
We love creating unique and custom designs! If you have a specific request or idea that is not currently available on our website, please contact us. We'll be happy to discuss the possibilities and provide you with a quote if applicable.

2. Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it's been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been placed. However, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Do you provide a preview of my product before shipment?
We wish to get your order to you as quickly as possible which means we can't provide a preview of your product before shipment. If there are problems with the submitted photos, we will reach out to you. 

4.Where are your products shipped from?
We ship products from different locations depending on your location and product availability. It can be shipped from US, Australia, China and Europe.

5. How long does it take to process and ship personalised orders?
Processing time for personalised orders typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and your location. On average, it takes 7-10 business days for most of our products to be delivered after order is shipped, which means you usually will receive your order within 2-3 weeks after you place your order.

6. Can I track the status of my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

7. Do you take rush orders?
Sorry, we do not take rush orders at the moment. 

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most of the countries and regions.
